Summerhill

Wheat Ale (5.5% ABV, 25 IBUs)

Named for Atlanta's Olympic neighborhood of Summerhill, this Wheat Ale is a light, sweet, and olympic brew. Brewed with red wheat for some extra flavor and color, and a balanced duo of hops. This is our go-to for big flavor and low bitterness. This ale has been taste-tested and proven against some of the best.

Courtland (2024)

Imperial Brown Ale 8% 25 IBUs

Our friends at Torched Hop Brew Pub (Atlanta, GA) shared their space to craft this delicious brown ale. It is brewed with lightly roasted malts that bring out sweeter flavors and a deep brown color. The hop blend provides a complimentary mild bitterness that accentuates the caramel and chocolate flavors. Courtland Street is nearby.

Popocatepetl (Popo) (2022)

Mexican Amber Lager 4.5% ABV, 15 IBUs

We had a blast with the crew at Indio Brewing (Sugar Hill, GA) brewing this lager. This amber lager is brewed with neo-mexicanus hops, grains, and roasted chilaca peppers for a light-bodied yet flavorful lager. This tasty lager is named after an active volcano, Popocatepetl, 43 miles southeast of Mexico City.

Ujamaa Pale Ale (2023)

Kotbussar Ale 4.5 % ABV 18 IBUs

A 2023 collaboration with our Atlanta friends at Crafted for Action and Teresa Afternoon for the 2023 Start:ME tenth-anniversary celebration. The ale brought together light sweet malts, honey, molasses, and citrusy hops for a light refreshing beer perfect for late summer and early fall. Ujamaa is the Swahili word for "cooperative economics".
